La versione esecutiva del progetto prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo piano interamente in legno. Le facciate vengono reinterpretate in chiave più contemporanea, mentre la nuova scala è rivestita da una struttura in ferro attraversata da piante rampicanti.
The final design includes the construction of a new floor entirely in wood. The façades are reinterpreted in a more contemporary style, while the new staircase is covered with an iron framework intertwined with climbing plants.
